Eight Years of PSN, Ministry of PUPR Targets to Finish 16 PSN by 2023

Jakarta, ABIM (30/11/2023) – Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono together with Coordinating Minister (Menko) for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga S. Uno and Deputy Minister of Environment and Forestry Alue Dohong attended the closing activities of the National Strategic Project Sewindu series (PSN), entitled “Malam Apresiasi menuju Indonesia Emas2045,” in Jakarta (11/24).

Airlangga Hartarto, the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, expressed gratitude to all parties involved in the eight-year implementation of PSN in Indonesia. The PUPR Ministry has, in particular, completed the largest number of PSNs.

A total of 173 PSNs, valued at IDR 1,442 T, have been completed by the Indonesian Government, according to available data. In the future, the government will continue to require the collaboration of business entities and stakeholders in order to ensure that the community derives the greatest possible benefit.

“This achievement certainly still needs to be monitored.”Because the infrastructure that has been created in the future needs to be optimized for community use,” said Coordinating Minister Airlangga.

During the period 2016-2023, the PUPR Ministry will have implemented a total of 201 PSN. A grand total of 88 PSNs have been completed, of which the details of 54 PSNs have been finished and removed from the list, while 34 PSNs remain on the list as per the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Decree 7/2023.

Then, the objective is to have 16 PSNs completed by the conclusion of 2023, with an additional 9 PSNs to be completed during the first semester of 2024. In addition, the completion of 15 PSNs is planned for the second semester of 2024. After 2024, the remaining 42 PSNs are targeted to be completed.

Meanwhile The PSN which aims to be finished by the end of this year, comprises the following dams: Lolak Dam (North Sulawesi), Karian Dam (Banten), Margatiga Dam (Lampung), Cipanas Dam (West Java), Pamukkulu Dam (South Sulawesi), Temef Dam (NTT), Tiu Suntuk Dam (NTB), Sepaku Semoi Dam (East Kalimantan), Ameroro Dam (Southeast Sulawesi), and D.I Baliase (South Sulawesi).The natural resources sector is represented by the PSN.

In the Highways sector, there are the Kisaran–TebingTinggi Toll Road, Serpong–Cinere Toll Road, Cinere–Jagorawi Toll Road and Cimanggis–Cibitung Toll Road. Then in the Housing sector there are the Halim Perdana Kusuma Air Base Flats, and the BSPS Program supporting the ASEAN Summit in Tana Mori and Labuan Bajo.
